IN NO EVENT SHALL AMW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
